- Open Settings on your Android device.
- Select About phone.
- Locate the Android version.
- Compare your Android version to the supported versions listed below.
- If your device is running an end‑of‑life version, update the operating system or use a supported device.

End‑of‑Life Android Versions
- Android 13 – End of Life (March 2, 2026)
- Android 12 – End of Life (March 3, 2025)
- Android 11 – End of Life (March 27, 2024)
- Android 10 – End of Life (November 14, 2023)
- Android 9 – End of Life (May 4, 2022)
- Android 8 – End of Life (May 4, 2022)
- Android 7 and earlier – End of Life
Important Information
- Duo considers Android versions supported only while they continue to receive security updates.
- Duo does not check whether security patches are installed on your device.
- Devices running end‑of‑life Android versions may be blocked from Duo authentication.
