Add an email address to the safe senders list in Outlook on the Web.

Instructions

  1. Log in to Outlook on the Web at https://outlook.office.com.
  2. Click the Settings icon (gear) in the top right corner.
  3. Click View all Outlook settings at the bottom of the settings pane.
  4. In the Settings window, select Mail.
  5. Click Junk email.
  6. Under Safe senders and domains, click + Add.
  7. Enter the email address you want to add (for example, PrintAnywhere@Louisville.DoNotReply.edu) and press Enter.
  8. Click Save to complete the process.

Outcome

The specified email address will be added to your safe senders list, and messages from that address will no longer be sent to your junk folder.
