Instructions
Request a Shared Directory
- Submit a ticket via the ITS Service Catalog or contact the ITS HelpDesk.
- Provide details about your group, department, and access requirements.
Access and Manage Files
- Use your UofL credentials to access the shared directory from campus computers or via VPN.
- Organize files and folders for easy collaboration.
Maintain Security and Access
- Work with ITS to manage permissions and access controls.
- Regularly review and update access lists.
Outcome
After completing these steps, your group will have secure, centralized storage for collaboration and file sharing.

• Contact the ITS HelpDesk: Call 502-852-7997 during business hours:
o Monday through Thursday: 6:00am – 10:00pm
