Instructions
Request AV Integration
- Contact ITS Classroom Support at 502-852-6465 or submit a ticket online.
- Provide details about your room, technology needs and timeline.
Coordinate Installation
- ITS will review your request and schedule installation or upgrades.
- Collaborate on equipment selection and room setup.
Use AV Technology
- Receive training or documentation for installed equipment.
- For support, contact ITS or on-site AV technicians.
Outcome
After completing these steps, your room will be equipped with integrated AV technology for teaching, meetings or events.

o Monday through Thursday: 6:00am – 10:00pm
