Find, access, and use AR/VR resources and support provided by the IDD team for academic, research, or creative projects at UofL.


Instructions:

  1. Visit the IDD Team Website
  2. Explore AR/VR Capabilities
    • Review available services, including custom app development, immersive content creation, and integration with UofL platforms.
    • Learn about AR (digital overlays on real-world environments) and VR (fully immersive digital experiences).
  3. Connect with the IDD Team
    • Use the contact form or listed email to describe your project or instructional needs.
    • Request consultations for course integration, research, or pilot projects.
  4. Access AR/VR Equipment and Support
    • Coordinate with the IDD team to reserve AR/VR hardware or schedule demonstrations.
    • Ask about available devices, software, and support for your project.
  5. Design and Develop AR/VR Experiences
    • Collaborate with IDD to create custom apps, simulations, or interactive modules.
    • Participate in workshops or showcases organized by the IDD team.
